I've used a lot of different products, and Black Magic has always been my favorite. Haven't found anything that looks as good as it!

Vinylex. It's made by the same folks that make Lexol Leather Conditioner. Also a product called 303 Protectant which is usually sold out of boat stores or if you are an old car guy You can get it from Year One. I like these because they are silicon based and not water based which tends to bring out more "bloom" in the tire itself thereby drying the tire and shortening it's life.

If you have any of the white showing getting a smooth rock and rubbing over the white (while wet) is a cheap fix.
Depending on how dirty they are it can require a bit of elbow grease.

I'll second the 303 Protectant. It's expensive but it is good stuff. I use it on my bumpers, etc.

For Matte finish:
Dupont Teflon Tire shine
Poorboy's Bold n Bright Tire dressing
For a wet look:
No Touch High Tire Shine (available in bulk @ costco)
Eagle One Wet Tire
Meguiars Hot Tire Shine
Just be sure to let your tires dry completely b/f driving off, otherwise you may get sling.

I really like tire wax products....Turtle Wax makes one. Rub it on, rub it off. and it last for weeks. Even in rain.

I like Meguire's Endurance sine I only need to apply it about every three weeks and it dries quickly so dust doesn't collect on 'em.
