yota project. could use advice

My friend is looking at getting an 88 Extracab. It has a sky engineering sas kit installed. So my first question is dose anyone have any experience with sky engineering? Opinions please? How is this kit for daily driving?
If you are asking why am I asking these questions and not my friend, its because this truck has a blown engine and I'm going to be the one installing a new one. I have questions about that but I'll post that in that appropriate section. Thanks for the help.

It is a quality kit, now if the install wasn't quality it will definitely impact how well it drives.
straight axles aren't gonna be Caddie quality

Like Dropzone said the kit can be a quality piece, but what makes or breaks is the quality of the fabricator installing it. The up side is that if its all there it can be made to work well.

Lol no I feel stupid not old. Figures when I ask that the answer is that oobvious. Lolol. Thanks.

Anyone see any problems with the pictures I posted?
Besides crappy welding, butchered cuts, and just plain old stupidity is there anything with the setup I should be looking fo that should make me walk away?

Finally a few more questions for tonight. If I do this project I will have an extra front solid axle diff, man trans and t-case. Do you think I should sell it all? Keep it all for backup? Go double t-case (keep in mind this will be a daily driver/occasional off road)?

To be honest your pics don't show squat as far as being able to tell anything other than it is an SAS'ed 3rd gen truck on a trailer. You can tell it has a sky's front spring hanger and that is about it.
Almost looks like they used the sky's hanger and did a RUF conversion (rear springs up front)

Most people would have cut off the track bar and steering stabilizer mounts from the front axle.
cycle the steering to make sure it doesn't bind. Etc.
is the spring hanger fully welded on or tacked?

Take a look at several build/ SA conversion threads to get an idea as to what to look for.
