I will take one when I get off work and try to post it.The joint only hits when the driverside does any flexing. When the truck is parked it doesn't hit but is very close to the steering bar.

I did not move the box,its like the pitman arm has to much of a drop.I have read about moving the box but was kinda hoping I wouldn't have to.I will try to get a pic when I get home.Trail gear said they would trade me a flat arm for the drop arm

i didnt have to move mine and when you look at the side the tie rod is ahead of the drag link, however when it flexes the axle moves back and it clears by a 1/4 inch. are you using the ifs arm with an adapter at the draglink end? my axle is 2" forward from stock

i think i misread what your problem is. is the ball joint itself touching the pitman arm? i though you meant the drag link

Thanks for the pics blake,My axle is moved foward also, the joint that the draglink(top bar) connects to the pitman arm is hitting the steering bar(lower bar).It looks like in your pics u have a good bit of space in between the 2 bars mine are very close to each other. I am using the pitman arm that trail gear sent with the hy steer. My stock ifs arm was the same as the tg arm.

To be honest when I was looking for a donor axle I bought a whole truck with a 4 " lift for $300.00 and used the rear leaf springs off it. Don't know what kind they are though.

How far forward is your axle? I moved mine 5 1/2" forward and couldn't use Hi-steer because of it. I still used the trailgear pitman arm though.

I need to get some pics, its moved maybe 2". If the pitman arm didn't have so much of a drop it would work fine. The ball joint on the draglink hits the steering bar.It hits when the driver side suspension moves,Dont know if it matters but its got 4" suspension lift with 3" body lift with 38.5 boggers.
