Pull n Save is gonna be the first option, but who else makes a solid axle that I can swap onto a 91 pickup that doesnt cost 5 grand? I already looked at Trail Gear and that was their price. This is a budget build and I dont want to spend that much on just the axle.

Google time!
That trail gear axle is all brand new parts. ANY axle will take some time, effort, and $$ to make work.
You can swap in any array of Dana axles, or Land Cruiser axles. What your looking for is an axle with passenger side drop diff. The most straight forward swap will be with a Toyota mini truck axle with a trail gear kit SAS kit.
Not to offend you, but if you have to ask these kind of questions, your probably be fine with your IFS.

Well I know how to do a swap and the purpose behind it, but I'm new to building. I was just wondering if there was a company that makes a setup I could buy for a decent price. I like to have things be new if I can help it.

Trail Gear is the only one I know of that has a complete, all new parts axle for swapping or even replacing the front axle on a solid axle rig. If you want new, you gotta give up the $
You could just get the housing new from TG, Diamond, or RuffStuff, then buy a junkyard axle to put the end pieces and diff into it to build one, but that's still going to be more than just rebuilding the junkyard axle or one bought off Craigslist. Sometimes built axles come up on Craigslist, though. Most of them are asking $ still.

I got a complete 85 toy front axle off craigslist for 200. I see a few pop up for sale every now and then. Even seen some rebuilt and regeared. I wouldn't be looking at new complete axles from trail-gear, etc on a budget build.

Your best bet is finding a used housing and then filling it with the good parts you want, you could deck out a stock housing for way under 5k. If you have trouble finding a used housing you could check out a Ruff Stuff front housing, They are a really nice alternative and I think they are slightly less expensive for the bare housing than TG.
