im gettin ready to buy the ifs eliminator kit, and was curious if there was any tips or anything that can make the process faster than what the directions say. and should i pull the motor when i do this or is it ok to leave in while i do the axle swap

Measure three times. Cut once. Take your time. Rushing will only cause mistakes. You need to understand the directions and know them so during the process you aren't having to constantly consult the directions.
