TG three hole perches

Heres a picture of the most rotted part on the axle, what was there was the mount for the rear panhard bar and all the years of snow, dirt and whatever else got in there has taken a fairly decent chunk out of the axle.

If anything ill weld some metal on it to at least make it level with the rest of the axle and then go from there.

Finally finished grinding down the spare axle since it was so dead at work today literally only worked on 3 cars sigh, but anyways pictures!

Also added another leaf to my hybrid Chebbys just cut off the ends on the main leaf i left out and now i has a 7 leaf pack including the overload!

Looks pretty freaking tall to me around 13" and a bit think i should leave the overload out? Also the blocks that came with the Chebbys wont work with the TG perches unless i grind the edges down on the blocks. I'm hoping these springs are tall enough without me needing blocks.

Thats about it for now still need to order the right center pins, U-bolts and bushings alas my money has run dry until next week blast!

Im curious to see how your 63s do on the rear since you've added leafs to it. Im not too far from installin my 4" SAS and I bought a set of 63s off a 4wd for the rear. I had planned to run a block to make it sit level, but Im picking up a almost complete chevy Saturday for my 4.3 swap so I might add some more leafs from the springs on that truck.
