wheelin in Charleston, SC? anyone out there?
i will be moving to charleston, sc at the end of october for 5 mos while i am in a law enforcement academy out there. i was wondering if there are any members out that way, and if so, is there anywhere in the area to wheel at. if there's anyone out there, i'm gonna ship my truck out and get it dirty.
anyone out there???

my sister goes to high school down there, i can get her to ask around and find out about the local wheelin spots. while you are in SC you could come to NC for a weekend, its only like 4 hours from there to Uwharrie Natl Forrest, theres some real nice wheelin there. they are supposed to be closed some for the winter but as long as its open i like to go fairly often since its only an hour drive from raleigh.

I'm around Columbia SC. Haven't reaaly found any trails around, just flat muddy huning roads through the state parks. I've heard there are some dunes out towards Myrtle Beach, but have not had solid confirmation. NC is probably going to be your best bet.

hey i live near columbia, if you see where chapin is got to (the) water tower there is spotobe a huge rut on a 2-3 mile trail there no very long but deep enough to get mud on the roof. Also cheek out the roads near the lomanhome? heard from some chapin kids that the trails out there where quote "sick" but then again they think off road means driving in the dithc next to the road.:monkey:

hmmm, wheelin in chucktown
There not any really true trails out here cept the utility maintenence trails. Theres a couple of dirt holes around the area but you've got to go north to find some challenging trails.
