Roadtrip to VA

me and my gf are taking a road trip from Athens, GA to Charlottesville, VA on Feb 27 til Mar 1. we're meeting up with some of her friends that she grew up with in PA before she moved to GA.

she also has family in charlottesville, so we're prob gonna stay with her fam for at least one of the nights.

of course i wanna wheel and camp in GWNF!

what else is there to do?

Yeah, take some good notes on Charlotesville.

Not sure how much notice it will get here, but I started a similar thread on OT a month or so ago because UVA is one of the places I am applying to for grad school.

Let me know when it get closer to your trip. I am at school at Va tech, Only about 20 off of I-81. I would be willing to show you some local trails and awesome scenery. I would also love to go up and wheel GWNF, those trails are fun.

I mean when you go, come back and tell us how it was. I am interested to hear what someone else has to say about the place who is not directly local, just for a different perspective.

I am at Madison, Wisconsin going to school, Go Bucky! When May comes, I hope to be continuing study at ASU, CSU, CU-Boulder, Indiana-Bloomington, UVA or UW-Milwaukee in some sort of PhD or MA Philosophy program.
