Camping? Anything along the lines of Crawfords at Tellico?

I see that an Isuzu group is going in October and staying at Arrowhead campground. How is that campground?

Arrowhead is about like crawford's w/o the shop. Actually, better. Showers aren't quite as nice, but there are actually trees between campgrounds and you aren't sitting ontop of eachother. There is electricity hook ups... ummm... We need to reserve one if you are definately bring'n the trailer, badin lake campground is already full. Arrowhead isn't too bad, but... it could fill up and your def going to want electricity I assume. There is a website that we can reserve spots... I'll have to dig up that url though...

Let me check my schedule first, I'm working 6 days a week right now, but I do want to go. If I do come, I will have the camper. I just looked and it's 419 miles for me, wow, that's a lot farther than Tellico.

How about another one in late Sept. or anytime later. I'm taking a roadtrip to Colorado and I'll be back on Sept. 20th. I will be doing some mods so I would like to use them. I've never been to Uwharrie yet either so I would like to check it out. Also, whats the word on those 4Roc NC stickers? I would like a couple.

you know, thats a good question. I'll call him after class.

so your going to be gone til the 20th? I start classes on the 15th. I have 3day weekends every weekend so I should be able to break away sometime before the park closes.

I bought 4wd to use it! I should be getting a lift and exhaust while I'm in Colorado, and at least some sliders. If funds allow, front and rear bumpers too. When does the park close? It will be a little hard for me to get 3 day weekends, but if I plan a trip a couple weeks in advance, I probably can take a three day weekend though.

Wish I could go, but it looks like the first or last weekend in October are the only time I can go, or into November.

went to see the parts car to finish off my truck today, if we can get the title transfered soon and then the car towed to my house its looking really good to at least drive my truck TO uwharrie if not to actually take it on a few trails. would be kinda embarrasing to have a huge solid axle truck get stuck on simple little things cause it will only be 2wd open diff'd
