I meant to post up earlier.
The route I wanted to go on is still socked in with snow at the top from what they told me on Tuesday.
That makes for a very dangereous run, as you can slide off the cliff on your left which would be deadly.
Are you still planning on going?
If it was me, I would rather wait a few weeks more until all that snow on that route is cleared.
Plus it is my brothers birthday that day.
There are other places to go up there still, but you are limited since the snow level is down to 4K feet from what they told me.

I wish I could.
Just to much going on.
Were you heading over the pass, is that open, or what area?
I would like to get another run planned here for the 16th.
I think with the weather warming up now, in a few weeks all the snow will be gone from the loop route we do on 72.
Maybe even up higher when you come back down to 70 again.
If you go all the way up 70 10 miles to where the asphalt ends, there are a lot of areas to explore with single track trails such as this.

Also that area where we took a left and crossed the river where the other guy's that came up set up camp, if you continue up that road where the snow was deep there are a lot of areas to explore once the snow is gone.
I am free though the 16th of June.
In fact I was thinking of heading up to FS 73 next Saturday, but not really to wheel, but to try out my new rifle.
