They're different, look at the trees in the background of Ben's first shot and yours. Definitely not the same spot. I know exactly where yours is, and I'm pretty sure I know where the other one is too.

 

They are different places. I took that pic on 198 about 100 yards up from where 520 ends and 198 begins (sharp right hand turn up the hill). We were coming back down. I have been on 311 where unpndair took his pic and that isn't a nice spot.
