We'll be there on Thursday afternoon evening. They are supposedly setting up some tents for us to have the raffle in. You guys are more than welcome to come over and take part of the raffle. There is no cost associated with the run so we could even mix things up a bit if some people want to hit some different level trails.
I have a White 4Runner on 37" Iroks. My tow rig is a Green GMC Crew Cab long bed. My name is Norm, and we should be near the lake, I'm the VP for my club (BBRC) as well.
See you there...

One more thing,
if you want to get in on a group discount we are getting from Paragon, then make sure you sign in with us (if you want) at 8AM on Friday Morning, and 7AM on Saturday Morning. We give a list to Paragon, then you guys just pay the discounted rate. No money exchanges hands with us, and it's a win-win for everybody.
Rob Matzell is handling the registration, he drives a black 4Runner on 37's with very large WARN stickers on the hood and doors. His tow rig is a tan (pewter) GMC crew cab Duramax. His truck was one the cover of the 1st edition of Toyota 4WD owners magazine.

We too are supposed to be getting a discount (group) rate, but have not heard back from Paragon on that yet. There 'tent' will probably be the covered shed at the back of the showers, quite a large area to hold a raffle in. For sure I'll look yah up, 2 'Runners on 37's, no one build Rnners that big around here so I'll be drooling all over them. Mine isn't coming, has a bit of an oil leak issue and I just put my winter tires on, so wheeling is out. I'll be traveling in a Charcol Ford Escape, prolly be the only 2wd in the parking lot that isn't a tow rig!
I'll be wearing my black n yellow OVO club jacket, I'll look you up.

We also have an 85 BJ coming with us. 35's, lcoked front and back, he's not sure he wants to run with our guys who are running the mid to high blacks, he may want to do something easier. I've presented it to him to maybe head out with you guys.
We plan on having 2 groups of trucks (mix of all brands n builds), thg.
e one group will be running high blacks and red's, other will be low to mid blacks. We don't think we'll have a big enough group of other trucks that will run the blues, so maybe those guys could go out with some of your cruizers? We also have some guys from the Paragon forums hooking up with us to run the reds. Should make for a good weekend of wheeling n story telling.

Actually there is some kind of Band in the pavilion there on Saturday night, so they offered us some kind of tent for our raffle.
You should bring the truck anyway. It's always fun to fix it on the trail. Hehehe.
Anyway, we also talked with Paragon and you need at least 25 trucks to get $5 off, but if we can get the numbers up to 50, then we may be able to get around $10 off. That would be cool. I'll have a sign in the office at Red Ridge for where to go to sign up. If you guys want it that would make things ever better for everyone.
Plus next year we can get more sponsors for the event. Did I mention this is our 3rd Year? Hopefully even get sponsored from TLCA.
You guys do what you wish, just trying to save everyone some $$$
