95 4runner

Hey all, i'm new to the forum, i'm from Gentry, AR. I'm also a new 4x4 owner, i owned my project drift car for years (96 240sx) and now that winter has come, i decided i needed a 4runner to get to work when it snows and ices, and also a rig to go camping with..I love camping, which is a wonder why I never owned a 4x4. I'm working on mine to be reliable but a good trail rider.

I do not know any areas around here, so i'm looking for some, i've been to Mill Creek with my 4wheeler, but not sure if there are many trails for 4x4s

Had to look that one up, cool in its uniqueness. A pic of yours wouldn't be a bad thing...

While the lack of recent postings here kinda dictates a dead(ish) thread, always looking for like minded folks in the area.

Name: Jason Funk (or as most seem to prefer, just Funk)
Location: Springfield, Mo
Occupation: Local/Regional truck driver for the big blue box home improvement store
Rig: '94 4Runner SR5 3.SLOW. My DD, pretty well stock - Auburn rear dif, factory front, 4.88s, 31" BFG AT's, 158,xxx. Removed the unsightly factory running boards and the rear bumper side bits that were held together by the chrome film, added a couple dents and rashes playing with boys with bigger toys... that about sums it up.
Camping: like other activities, its always better when its in tents. Though i have been known to fold my 6'4" carcass into the back end of the runner on more than several occasions.

Would be all about finding decent trail rides, minor rocks, etc... ive been known to push the poor stock ifs truck into and out of things it has no right being in, but being its a dd i normally like to keep it relatively mild. Not a huge fan of mud, prefer technical. My work schedule sucks but would love to get out in the area.
