I just put my E-locker in and swapped out front and rear diffs so I'm running 4.30's front and rear instead of 4.10's which isn't much of a change but having an Elocker is. Anyway I want to go if I can so keep us up to date on what the plan is thanks!

ehh bumpers are one thing, but watch out for tailgate damage too.
Hans's "tailgate" came off on a tree the first time, Cory has tried to shoot a stump through his, and I backed up into a tree (or two, I hit some while the rest of the gang was still in bed).
Notice, I didn't damage my tailgate (on the trail, at least) until after I walked around in Cory's back yard. That must be cursed ground... oh and I think I touched the stump, too.
Guys, I think I'm out of commission until I get new treads on my beast and I really want to get rid of the front end vibration first. (I just need to figure out which joint(s) are loose and replace them - probably some of those cheap parts I put in a while back...)

Yeah, as long as it's not a tailgate, tire, bumper, fender, rocker panel, rear view mirror, windshield, driveshaft, wheel bearing, motor mount, locking hub, crush sleeve, IFS related, sway bar, wheel, vinyl top, skid plate, or air intake, and can't be harmed by dunking the vehicle in water, it should be fine.

Man, I've been having a blast with this ice. Well, watching people on it.
We got about 3" of pellet ice over a couple of days, that stuff compacts when it falls and there's no compression of it when you walk or drive on it (until you have a few semis and other big rigs). Then I guess it got warm enough on the 2nd or 3rd day that the surface melted into a very smooth top... almost skating rink quality.
I need a video camera for all the people who try to go up the little hill in front of my house! That hill rises probably 8 feet in about 100 ft, so it's a good angle. It also falls about 2 ft across the width of the road (3 car's width, what's that, about 40 ft?)
I watched a Cherokee (the guy who lives a couple houses behind me) and a Wrangler, both with MTs, try the hill. Neither made it first time, from the looks of it they were in 2x4, not sure if they're locked or not. Then I had to try it, of course. We all got about half way up, then stopped, then started sliding downhill - sliding downhill also means spinning around, since downhill is not straight down the road. Pretty fun.
I'll be glad when it's gone though. I jumped a curb and almost went in the creek, because the truck didn't turn when I cranked the wheel on the turn into work. What looked like sand on the road was sand, but it was down inside the ice, offering no traction whatsoever! Ehh. Didn't have any trouble getting out, but there is a Buick further down that's gonna have to be winched out.
How much weather did the rest of you guys get?
