I'm in KC & might be able to make it to the March get-together... one question though...

Is this a camp out?

I am definitely in if I'm free that weekend I only ask so I that I can prepare correctly.

Thanks.

Ya, usually all of them are a camp out, unless its just a day run.

This one is looking like a campout if somone would pick a weekend. Right now I'm leaning more towards D-Day just because I havent been out there, but disney is a known good time.

What weekend works best for ya? (or everyone else)

dunno havent looked into it... what kind of comps do i have to choose from?

Disney is in NE oklahoma at the tail end (by the dam) of grand lake. its a town. the spill way for the dam is a public use area which is well suited to off road rigs.

D-Day is a park in wyandotte OK (very NE corner). I've never been, so i cant tell ya much.

edit: looks like just mud (no 302 yet, so no to that), and rocks (which clutchy doesnt like)... so it looks like a neg. on the comps.

Hogan's is not the only thing at Disney, but is considered the best place to camp for many reasons.

Stockers are no problem at disney. Ask Brian about it (tulsa 97SR5), hes ran down there before in a completely stock truck.

Yeah, I had no issues with mine there, probably could have challenged it a bit more.

The way the trails are laid out there, at least the ones we ran, are generally short loops off the main, fairly mild trail. It would have been easy for me to skip any of the obstacles we ran that day I believe. I don't know if it's all like that, or just the area we were in. Very different than what I was used to from Colorado, where you might be on a single road for miles and miles.

Shoot Cory, put you money where your mouth is and bring your new stocker out! Might be interesting for you, and that e-locker is just begging for it.
