New here with a question

Hi there. I'm picking up a 95 t100 5speed 4x4 on Saturday. It's going to be my hunting truck for bear hunting with my hounds. It is stock height with 15 inch rims. What are the biggest tires I can run on it? It shouldn't make a difference but it does have a flatbed on it. Thanks guys!

No bear hunting allowed on Yotatech.

Sorry man...smokey the bear is a moderator here...

Welcome. Probably excited about that truck I bet.
Surely be better for deer hunting or something besides cuddly little bears. Something worth actually eating?

Just giving you ˟˟˟˟...but I could never shoot a bear..unless it was life or death.

Can easily clear 33x10.5x15 if you take the mud flaps off the front. Will fit 32x11.5 no issue and LT 265/75/16 (if you go up in wheel size).

Here's a few pics of it. Needs some work but I don't think it's too bad for $1000. Gonna make a new flat bed, make a tube bumper like the ol smitty ones and might lift it 3"

That flatbed might be an issue on the rear wheels because it looks like if you were to load the bed down enough it would rub or larger tires would rub ont he bed.

+1 you will need a rear lift or a higher bed to clear bigger tires. I'd stick with the ones that are on there until you can lift it and/or build a higher bed.

Here's a better pic showing the clearance. Currently has 31 10.5 15. I figured it could at least fit 32 11.5 15..

I'm guessing you have the 3.0L 6-cylinder engine (3vze) based on the exhaust pipe is on the driver's side? I find it weird that the previous owner installed the driver's side gas tank as well as that would be an indicator that you would have the 5vzfe engine.

The clearance with the bed will be more of an issue during flex/compression of the suspension. Measure the distance between the bumpstop and the top of the leaf spring, that will be how much "up travel" the suspension has. Then measure the distance between the top of the tire and the bed, if it is less, then it will rub. You could always just cut the bed over the tires and add higher wheel wells.
