Bed bob is coming! Lots of work and family stuff going on, truck is always the last on the list. I am lucky to get 1 hour a week to work on it.

Hey hotshoe, how'd ya mount the rear bumper? Did you just use the stock mounts or make some of your own? I've been thinkin about making one of my own cause the stock bumper is beat to hell.

I used 1x3 1/4wall steel, frenched into rear bumper, then bolted to outside of frame 3x per side with grade 8 bolts. Keep in
mind that I cut a lot of sheet metal off the rear to make it high and tight.

Ya I realized that after I wrote that. What I had in mind was notching the rear bottom of the bed, and running my mounts through there, and having some sort of wrap around to protect the sides of the bed. Then, I saw your bumper...

Have they added anything to it?
I am supposed to pick up a '95 ext cab sr5 3.4, 5spd on Friday. I'm super excited! Plning on staying more expo build on this one but your build was one of the first t100s I followed.
