Fan Blade breaking? Please Help!!!!

My T-100 has a plastic fan blade and the props keep breaking off when my engine revs up. Is there anyway that you can get a metal fan blade for the truck or am i stuck with this piece of crap plastic one that costs 100$ to replace it.

Thanks,
Colten

Here is one on ebay that is $37.99 shipped. Says it's better than OEM.

New plastic will be better than 13 year old plastic.

Are yer motor mounts bad? Can't see why yer blade would be hitting anything except maybe the shroud when you rev the engine.

sounds like you got something going on that is causing the blades to keep breaking. like Bam said, check your motor mounts and fan shroud to make sure that it isn't hitting any thing. my fan is 16 years old and is still going strong. however, it is possible that you got a new one that was defective.

you gotta figure out why its breaking. A metal blade may bend from whatever is breaking yours and may cause other damage to your radiator or belts.
