I have a 91 4runner sr5 power everything. except it no work. The fsm says to reset the breaker. where is this breaker and how to reset it? thanks for any info

 

Did you mean to check your fuse?

 

you might wanna check your fuses, or maybe some relays. It makes sense to me to check em......

 

Thanks but I've gone through all the fuses. like I said the fsm says to reset circuit breaker and check for shorts. cant seem to find said circuit breaker. next is to check door lock control relay. but right now its cold, rainy, and dark out. so I'll sit here and

 

ideas anyone?
