Offroad light installation and upgrade questions.

I've got the itch to put a few offroad lights on my '95 4Runner. Not a whole lot, maybe two up top and two on the bumper. I don't want real big lights, but I'd like them to be bright. I'm thinking Hella 500s with 100w instead of stock 55w bulbs. I'd assume I'd have to use heavier wire, but I've never put lights in before, so I'm not sure. Anyone do this?

Also, are the Hella 500FFs worth the $10-$15/pair more than than the 500s?
Thanks!

two 500FF on the bumper with 100w bulbs will work just fine as for the wire id go with a good 14ga wire and ground
