You said you had the bed off and it worked fine? Check the wiring coming out of the fuel pump, the wires may be frayed and grounding off the bed itself.

Also, I had the same problem as you, changed the COR and nothing, but my O2 wires had melted and were shorting off of each other, check that along the lines too, they don't actually have to touch the exhaust, they will ground off of each other.
