No power to anything: 87 4Runner

I was trying to start my 87 4runner and the battery seemed to run down, so i put my charger on it and set it to the jump start option. Well it turned over about four times then nothing the dash won't light up dome/door lights nothing will come on. Even the winch and radio that is direct wired to the battery won't work. My battery tester says it fully charged. I tried replacing the inline fuse still nothing. Any ideas out there?

Thanks,

Battery terminals tightened on? Free of corrosion? All the grounds the same?

Also, your battery tester is a load tester and not just a volt meter, correct?
Battery connector may look clean outside but interface between post and connector may be not

I did fix it. It was a bad ground cable. Thanks for all the help though.
