No power to anything

I have an 87 4runner that I was trying to crank yesterday and the battery ran down so I put my charger on it. I put the charger on the engine start setting. After about the third or four try when I turned the key on nothing. The dash would not light up at all or my winch and radio which are straight wired to the battery wouldn't turn on. I tested the battery it says full charge. I read on here that it could be the in-line fuse link. Changed it this morning and still nothing! Any idea suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Time to buy a meter if you don`t have one.

Just what is telling you the battery is at full charge??

Could be almost anything.

Bad battery terminals

corroded connections and worn out cables.

I would look at your ground connections.

Without a Meter your pretty much lost.
