need help replacing fuse

Can any one tell me how to replace the ALT. fusable link in the main fuse panel under the hood on my 99' 4Runner?

I cheated on mine. Just soldered in a short piece of fuseable link wire.

I think the stocker is attached internally in the fuse circuit breaker box, and looks like a bear to get at.

Yes it looks like it will be very difficult to get to the internal parts of the fuse panel. I was hoping that there may be a trick to getting to the little bolts that hold the link in place.

I'm getting pretty frustrated not being able to use my vehicle.....
