Front flashers not working

Front flashers not working
Ok I know there are 5 million posts on this and trust me I've read them all but here's my issue. Both left and right front signals do not work. Rears flash fast like if it was a bad bulb but replaced both bulbs and not the issue. Fuses are good. Swapped them checked them with no luck. Replaced relay on driver side kick panel with no luck. Hazards work only in the rear not front.
Biggest thing that confuses me is that when the lights are on the running lights are on (which is the same bulb) so they have power. I've checked with a multimeter and seem to have flashing power when the signals are on but no lights. Looked over diagrams and can't seem to track this issue down. Is there a relay just for the front flashers I'm missing? The bulbs are the right ones. I've double checked. Could the turn signal switch in the steering column cause the fronts to not work and the rears to work just fine?
Any information to head me in the right direction would be much appreciated as I'm not good at electrical like many others.
Thanks.
Kyle

Turn signals and parking lights even if they use a double filament bulb are not on the same circuit.
From your testing you have the answer but did not know what it was telling you.
You have lost the ground either that part of the socket is corroded or there is damage to the wiring .
First clean out the sockets I use a fitting brush works wonders
If that fails to fix the problem then
Find what colored wire is the ground wire and go from there

Do hazards work?
What truck, year, model?
Like Wyoming says^^^
Hazards and turn signal use exactly same blinker relay.
Rear-left, left-turn dash indicator, and front-left share same positive power.
Rear-right, right-turn dash indicator, and front-right share same positive power.
Did you measure voltage between
bulb connector positive to chassis ground, or between bulb connector positive and bulb connector ground?
If you're getting positive voltage to bulb connector, you either:
Lost ground to both connectors, or
Your connectors are corroded so contacts are not connecting to bulbs
What truck? IF first gen 22RE, ground wires are white with black stripe. They go from turn signal fixture to inside right fender and inside left fender.
First-gen 4Runner, 22RE schematic below. Ignore highlights.

Sorry I thought I had my specs in my signature. 92 pickup 3vze. Hazards only work in back and when testing went off the connectors for ground not chassis. Haven't got a chance to get out and look into this yet. Hopefully tomorrow. Sounds like a bad ground to me. Il update when I figure it out.
Where would the chassis ground be for this circuit? On top of one of the fender wells?
Thanks
