electrical problems.
heres what happens.
key turned on, only things that work are lights, radio, power locks, and the clock. battery light is illuminated on the dash. nothing else. the relay on the passenger side fender clicks on and off a couple times (says a.b.s.(trac)on it).
have replaced the following-
ecu
efi relay
main harness relay
all fuses look good, none blown
Any ideas to this will help me greatly, I only have a couple of weeks up here to get this figured out before I have to go back to georgia. Is there fusible links on the truck, or any other fuses/relays I dont know about inside the dash or hiding somewhere. Thanks ahead for any help.

Grab a volt meter and start checking from the battery and go from there. Find out what is working, what is not and then the problem will likely be between the point where things work and the point they don't.

Depends on the year, my '85 has a single circuit breaker (driver's side kick panel) that powers the windows. No relays, switches handle it all. Later models added relays for the power windows, as I recall. An FSM wiring diagram for your vintage truck would give you all that information.
