Hi,
I have 2002 4runner, usually the head lights turns on when the car running ( am in Canada) , usually when I turn the ignition off remove the key an open the door the lights turn off. If i don't open the door they will turn off after few seconds. I usually can here the relay . Now it will not do that unless i turn them off manually .
Am not sure where to start. There must be second relay or something like that ?
Please help

 

Could be the points in the DRL relay are stuck(burnt) together.

Without the EWD for that year I am pretty blind.

 

Where is relay located? What is EWD?
