98 tacoma power window

Just finished fixing my driver's side power window on my 98 Tacoma. A couple of days ago it quit working. Last night I found that the wires that power the lift motor had pulled out of their connector shell due to NO SLACK AT ALL. Seemed kind of weird, so I assumed that someone had been in there in the past and mis-mounted some clip-in-a-hole connector somewhere.

Today I discovered that a couple of the bolts holding the regulator/motor/lift ass'y. to the door had worked their way out. Thus when power was applied to the motor it spent part of its work pulling away from the connector instead of raising and lowering the window. Replaced bolts and AHA! problem solved.

Now I need to replace the plastic rain shield sheeting but I'm lazy so put it all back together minus the sheeting for now. Besides, Wyoming is a pretty dry climate. Shouldn't rain again here until next Spring. Plenty of time to forget to do that chore. <8-0
