36w 7" led light bars

hey guys, i need somemore light for the backroads at night. i am planning on doing the h4 conversion from the original sealed beam junk. in addition to that, i was thinking of putting a pait of 36w leds in the existing holes in my bumper (88 pickup). does anyone know the dimensions of those rectangular holes?
im unfortunately out to sea and not with the truck for some time. also, didnt know if i should go with spot or flood beam.

anyone have any experience with these?
pics please!

heres what i had on mind http://m.ebay.com/itm/151215826386?nav=SEARCH

For more light:
  1. First, fix the part that is known to be broken - the wiring of the headlights. See 4Crawler post, Daneil Stern post, My headlight post, etc...
  2. Then H4 housing conversion.
  3. Then additional lights if 1 & 2 are not enough.

But!! It is just easier to replace things then fix.

I gotta say I rather like the sealed beam so called junk

Then I am scared to go out during the day so it is a moot point

I hear the best set up for lights are the ones of C-130`s
