What front bumper is this? It looks like just a light bar, but it looks like it is mounted differently than normal light bars.. Any ideas?

Maybe and old Downey bumper.....funny the ad says 4runner...but its a truck.

looks like a one off or homebuilt to me.

side note, he has it listed as a 4runner...nope..

Well, eBay doesn't have a listing title for "Pickup" or "American version of Hilux" do they? Hahaha I can see why this guy/girl would use 4Runner. I suppose it's better than listing it as a Tacoma
