TRD sticker with no E-locker

They put TRD stickers on 2wd Tundras. TRD has nothing to do with it having an Elocker or not. IMO, they are pretty lame anyway.
I always roll my eyes at the guys who have them on non-Tacoma/Tundras.

Last I checked, even the 4wd Tundras didn't have an elocker.

one of the first things I did on my old '05 Tacoma TRD Off Road DC was peel the stickers off:

and yep it was one:

It seemed to increase horsepower by at least 4.5HP according to my butt dyno, maybe it was the lower windresistance.
