They put TRD stickers on 2wd Tundras. TRD has nothing to do with it having an Elocker or not. IMO, they are pretty lame anyway.

I always roll my eyes at the guys who have them on non-Tacoma/Tundras.

I'm pretty sure that those 2wd Tundras have a LSD in the rear. Same as how the 2wd tacomas have the sticker if they have the LSD in the rear. The TRD isn't necessarily about the locker, as it is a package thing. But all the TRD packages either have the LSD or the Elocker.

Last I checked, even the 4wd Tundras didn't have an elocker.

one of the first things I did on my old '05 Tacoma TRD Off Road DC was peel the stickers off:
