Torque Specs on odd parts...
Ok so I have the O.E.M. Toyota Manuals, a Haynes, a Chilton, and some Clymer Manuals. I may be looking in the wrong places but I cant seem to find the torque specs on a few things. I only took these items off because the gaskets for them came in the gasket sets I bought (Fel Pro).
Cylinder Head Rear Cover:
On the Cylinder Head (Its on Late 20r's and Early 22r's at the least) On the back of the head there is a cover that has a tunnel in it and leads to the intake side of the head with 5 bolts attaching it to the cylinder head. I reckon it had something to do with emissions but couldn't find anything on it that section either.
20r Intake Manifold Coolant Pan:
Another item is the 9 bolts on the 20r intake manifold that secures the coolant pan to the manifold. If not the same I'd also like to know for the early 22r intake also (future reference)
Engine Hooks:
Then there is the 2 hooks used when pulling the engine out theres a rear and a front hook and each has 1 bolt. Again I need them for the 20r head but would also like to know for the Early 22r's also.
Valve Cover Inner Oil Baffle:
On the early 22r heads at least there is a oil baffle (Correct me if it serves another purpose) on the inside of the valve cover. There at 8 bolts holding this piece on.
That should be everything for putting everything back together. Its freezing rain outside today so thats giving me a sign that I need to get-R-done very soon (California Style rebuild on the driveway). Hopefully I'll be able to get-R-done today : ). Thanks again guys, you all rock!

One other non related question..
Ok on the exhaust side of the Cylinder head I'm working on for another project (1980? 20r) there is some pipes that go from small holes above the main exhaust ports to the exhaust ports them selfs. There in there at an angle and seem to be pressed in. They are also in all 4 exhaust ports. I've only seen these installed on 2 heads I've worked with and would like to know how to get them out.
I know the holes connect to the pipe above the stock manifold for emissions but I'm not sure what the added pipes are supposed to do (Another pointless California added emissions component?) What I am trying to figure out is how to get them out the easiest way possible. I'd like to get them out as a hole if thats at all possible. I am looking to fill in the little holes.
Any idea on how to get them out? I am trying to get them out only because they are definably preventing good exhaust flow. Also as you can see from the pictures its making it hell to port and polish (and probably pointless).
Thanks again and P.S. I have nothing against Cali., only there emissions standards. : )
