switch question

switch question
I have a DPDT 7 pin contura switch from waytekwire.com. I want to be able to have something always on in the up position, off in the middle, and on at the bottom position triggered by another action like the vehicle being in reverse or high beams on. Here is the back of my switch

I have searched and searched but have not come up with something. Oh the other thing is the switch has lights in the up and down position but not int he middle (off) position. Can anybody help me out with a diagram please?
