Well, my mileage is bad mostly due to my 285's and 4.88 gears.

doesn't sound like you did it right. sounds like you just dumped it into the gas tank.

I didn't get any white smoke after the 5 minute rest either. But I _did_ get it when I started it up the next day.

Like Keisur asked, you did pour it into the PCV line, right?

na, don't worry, they say that you can use seafoam in the crankcase so you didn't hurt anything. it just won't do the good cleaning of the valves and such since it didn't go through the pcv line.

This is only after about 7 miles of driving. I'll know more tomorrow after the drive to work.

(a personal disclaimer) I should point out that I know my driving style is such that I should get tranny work done to create a better experience and make my tranny work less. I'm not thinking that SeaFoam is a work-around for what should happen. ...but I like what it did for me.
Ok Midiwall I bought 6 Sea Foam Tune up and 4 Tran's(ordered double of everything). I think I should be set?!?!

No, it will run like total crap with it pulled. You may need to pinch the hose a little when you do it so not as much air gets in through the hose and leans out the engine...
