?'s about weber 32/34 install 22r

I am installing my new weber kit tomorrow and have a couple questions about the instructions.
1. Electric choke and idle cut off solenoid need a key hot power source. What did you guys tap into?
2. Do I need to put any thread tape on the vacuum fitting to the egr plate?
3. It says to remove the manifold studs, but never says to install them again. I assume I use the ones that are in the kit.
4. It says to replace the throttle linkage with the longer one that came in the kit. The longer linkage has two holes, which one do I bolt through?

Thanks everyone

I guess all the weber guys are off for the weekend. So I installed it today and the directions sort of suck. None the less I is installed and fired right up. Then I fired it up again, running perfect. Then I go to fire it up again and it sounds like it was not getting gas. So now I am back where I started, except with a weber on it. So I think it is the fuel pump. So I got a new one and when I took off the old one the plastic spacer fell apart. So I took it as a sign and took the man. pump back and picked up a electric pump. Tomorrow I plan on installing the pump and trying to get it to run. I will give you guys an update tomorrow.
