pilot bearing

pilot bearing
So I replaced my clutch in my 92 4runner about 35k ago shortly after I got it. For whatever reason at the time, I decided not to replace the pilot bearing. After using my truck to move to my new apt I now get a mild vibration in the drivetrain. It is not the motor. The trans seems fine. Truck has 126k. How long can I drag my feet to replace the bearing?

The pilot bearing is almost certainly not the cause of the vibration. It's most likely a u-joint or a wheel bearing.
If you're not hearing any loud bearing noises coming from the clutch, and it's not wanting to jump out of gear, the pilot bearing is probably fine.

Well the truck does jump out of first sometimes when I'm about to take off. And the vibration is variable and is very mild most of the time. 3k on the tach and the vibration is minimal. I tried moving my drive shaft near the u joints and there is no play. I do have my new front wheel bearings, but I am just waiting till I am in the mood to do them. the vibration is not coming from the wheels.
