NW Washington Salvage Yards??

Anyone in NW Washington State know any salvage yards with a fair amount of scrapped 'yota's? I'm on Whidbey Island and the ones I've checked around here don't have anything! I'm looking for some stock parts (interior/exterior) with no luck. Any local guys keeping any secrets?? Thanks!

There's a place called Yank-a-part in Poulsbo, Wa., about 5 miles off the Kingston/Edmonds ferry and just off the main road... they had a couple of 2nd gen 4runners and a 3rd gen pickup a few weeks back, don't know if they're still there. Also saw some rolled rigs/part outs up your way on CL a few days ago, check there too. I had a few of those pieces but sold them to another Yota owner a few weeks back.

Well for starters:
- A stock set of the "4x4" Mudflaps
- SR5: Bucket Seats, Center Console (for stick shift), Map Lights, Door Panels
- Sideview Mirrors (vent window compatible)
- Headliner

Things to come later:
- Seatbelts
- Rear bumper & hardware
- Power steering pump
- Air Valve (Reed Valve?)

Thanks for the info. I'm ALWAYS on craigslist looking for parts. I ended up saving about $350 bucks by getting my wiper/lighting combo switch from CL. May have found my seats on there, but it doesn't hurt to have options.

i know its a drive but freds towing in enumclaw, if they have what your looking always has really good prices. they have a 2nd gen 4 runner and 85 pickup right now. all toyota wrecking in buckley is a rip off, they think everything they have is gold. they had a rear 4.88 and wanted $500!

I might have a couple of those items laying around... i'll look and see and let you know.

Seat Belts
Console (needs love)
Maybe seats but the drivers side is stuck in the upright position
Maybe door panels

All leftover stuff from my brothers truck, i'll see if they're still available.

Sounds good Nailit! If you have any pictures that'd be awesome, too. I'm gonna re-color my interior, and reapholster (sp?) the seats a little later so I'm not too worried about the color (though grey would be preferred). And as far as the console, what 'needs love?' Think I could make it look new(ish)?

Awesome! Thanks! It's not exactly next door, but nothing around here has anything, so that will have to do I guess. ... but if anyone else has any other recommendations, keep em coming!

black lake auto wrecking

in Olympia is a great outfit. they specialize in toyota trucks and although they are not a huge yard, they are great peeps and they seem to have new rigs coming in on a regular basis...

Olympia's a little farther than I was hoping, but nix99 out of Lynnwood is well within reach! Thanks vital22re (and deathcougar). Now I just need to convince the Mrs that I "need" bucket seats, a center console, map lights, mudflaps, and a rear bumper ...
