yeah its called vht night shade and i had a hard time looking for it locally. first i sanded it down a little with some 3003 grit sandpaper ( i think it was 3003) and then i sprayed it on the outside.i let each coat sit for about 5-10 mins before re applying cuz the sun was strong when i did it. then after 4 coats i put clear but i didnt have to because the night shade by itself is pretty shiny if u dont go overboard with it and use too much but i used some clear just for protection agaisnt the sun. i put about 3 coats of clear and that was it.

oh and i got it at a local speed shop but ive only seen it online. its a wierd paint tho... it looks pitch black, but the light shines right through and u an still see all the light good when the brakes or blinker is used.

I have seen people use model spray paint they use to tint window on model cars. Local hobby shops have it

just another option

Yeah it came out good and I like it a lot, just go easy and do light coats don't do heavy ones or it will drip, but if u don't find it locally you can get it at summit racing, and the clear I used was duplicolor clear, it was pretty shiny with 3 coats of it
