MEGAWARRIOR or LOADWARRIOR??? (poll)

went to go look at getting the Yakima "Loadwarrior" & "Megawarrior" gear baskets last night...and I'm not sure which one to get???

question is:

those of you who have them....which model did you buy?...and are you happy with the product?...and finally....post some pics if you got 'em?

Thanks,
-B

Got the Loadwarrior on my 4th Gen. Fits the truck perfectly. It leaves enough room to open the rear hatch, doesn't overhang the sides, and doesn't block the sunroof, either.

My avatar has a pic of my truck with the rack in it. I've also posted a couple pix of my truck with the rack on it in other posts. Gimme a bit and I'll see if I can scare them up...

Steve

EDIT: Found one of the posts. Scroll down to the attachments.

P.S. - You may find what you are looking for by searching this site as well. When I did a search for Loadwarrior, I came up with a LOT of returned posts.

Good Luck !

My Runner had the Loadwarrior on it when I bought it and I didn't think I would ever really use it but it's come in very handy for camping and I'm very happy with it and it's and easy on,easy off job and fits the stock rack on the 3rd gens perfectly.

Load Warrior.
I think I was one of the first to get one in my state, as I had not seen them before on any other Toyota.

Lotsa pics here, and the mods I have down to it.

A few more updated ones than above.

I checked the Yakima website and they say the max. load is 100lbs. for the racks??? (thats not much?)

I am installing on a 3rd gen 4runner (2002) with factory roof rack.

do you guys keep it under 100 lbs?
