Exclamation Hub socket rip off????

Hey whats up, im gonna do a front brake job/ bearing job on my yota and need the hub socket. Downey Off Road has it for 18 and change. Is this a good price or a rip off? can i get it cheaper then 20 dollars anywear?

The cheaper ones almost feel like "hammered tubes". OK for the hub nuts which arent that tight...
