Fuel pump bad?

Fuel pump bad?

I was wondering if any of you out there can help me determine if my fuel pump is bad. I thought it was the efi relay. I swapped it with the starter relay because they looked the same. It started for a second but now it is bad again. I swap them back around and it tried to crank so I know the relays are good. I then shot starter fluid in the throttle body and it started. So that also points to the fuel pump. I then took off the return line and no fuel came out. So I suspect the pump is bad, it does have 200,000miles on it and I run the tank low often. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Since you mention the EFI relay, you likely have EFI (22RE or V6), so try the fuel pump test jumper:
