Chain Sliders???

i saw these cool sliders on a jeep not too long ago and was wondering why they were the only ones i've ever seen.

They looked as if somebody took a big ass bike chain, and welded the individual links together then powder coated them black. at first they looked too good to be actually usefull but i kicked them (being the curious person i am) and they were extremely sturdy.

so what i'm trying to ask is, has anybody else seen these things???

i can kick a smittybuilt bumper as hard as I want and It wont do anything. Slide a 4000lb truck across them, and they fold like tinfoil. Chain link sliders? For looks only maybe. And not even good looks at that.

Yup, you want the sliders to be SMOOTH, so that they actually slide across stuff.
