Been out of the game for awhile so things might have changed. Who makes CA legal headers for the 22RE beside Downey & LC Engineering these days? Are Doug Thorley headers CA legal? Who has the best prices?

You can try Stan's Headers. They are close to where I live.

 

It says nothing about their headers being CA legal. Do you know for a fact that they are and they'll provide a CARB sticker with the headers?

I doubt I'd go with anything other than the LC header, you get what you pay for from what I've learned with headers.
