mrsmadrigal- also, I wanted to draw your attention to this, quoted above. You should definitely do this every time you get a cooling system flush, it is often overlooked.

"Be sure to open all the drains (including the one on the block if you can get at it) and make sure your heater temp is all the way to hot to enable the coolant to be washed out of the heater core, too."

after the di process we use a hypo polisher which does remove hydronium ions , mmhos after this process is the final stage monitor, but 4 wd very very good post
