Hey guys, i need to know if this will work or what i have to do to make it work, basicly i want to try add a leaf.
My rear leaf springs are sagging quite a bit and the front is now a fair amount higher than the back and its looking strange, so i want to add a small 600kg leaf to the rear pack to try and correct it.

the leaf springs are 3inches wide and the one i have to put in is only 2inches, will it work ?
i will have to cut down the add a leafs becuase i got them from a trailer and there not all the same lenght ( photo's) i will also have to drill out the center pin to the correct diameter, but after that is it all good to go ? ?

how do i actualy put it into the old pack ? :S

Typically the Toyota Hilux/pickup springs are about 2-3/8" (60mm) wide. If your leaves are wider than ~2.5", may not clear the u-bolts. Narrower is OK.

Good news. Despite the add a leafs being tiny they have given my leafs a new leaf on life (pun). They have also added about 2inches of lift to the rear so now the car is sitting much better
