that truck is an 84 or 85 solid axle, or it has a solid axle swap (sas).
looks like a 3 or 4 inch lift to me with 33's probably.
i had 33's on my stock 79, then out a 3" lift on it.

my 88 has 31's on it, have had 32's on it at one time with stock lift.

When you had 31s did you have any trouble with gearing or your speedometer being off? just wondering because thats what ill prob end up putting on my truck.

31s wont throw your speedometer off. At least not enough to notice.

Couldn't you just look on the sidewall of the tire for the size?

They look no bigger than a 33" to me. As for the lift, I have no clue.

i have 31's now, and they will not throw your speedo off more than a few mph. the motor will pull them with stock 4:10 gears. it will only be a little slower off the line but cruises good on the highway.
i had a header and 2.5" exhaust on mine when i put the 32's on and i would not do it again on stock gears.

31's will be the best choice for a stock or near stock truck imo.
