alarm system killin my fuel
I have an 86 4runner, its has a hornet alarm system installed by circut city 
engine cranks, but will not fire...cracked the cold start injector and no fuel, where the hell is the fuel pump relay
and is there anywhere else they can tap into

Did they install the alarm system for you??
If so you should have a copy of the schematic no telling just where they might have tapped into anything .
if you reset the alarm it should cure your issue.
