Timing belt, water pump, what else?

My '98 Tacoma just passed 200k and it's time for a timing belt and water pump. What else should I do while I'm in there? It's running great and I want to keep it that way for many years to come.

This kit has the same brands you get from the dealer:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Toyot...Q5fAccessories
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Timin...Q5fAccessories

or with a no-dealer brand t-stat:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Toyot...Q5fAccessories

Several of us have used these (or similiar) kits and saved significant bucks.

I bought this exact kit. Zero issues with anything. Fast shipping and they even threw in a bag of M&Ms.

Do you really need to replace the cam seals and crank seal? Wouldn't this be something that you would do when rebuilding the engine only?

From: Bryan Tx,
I replaced the cam and crank seal when I did the timing belt on my wifes 4runner. I cannot see a good reason not to, you are already in there, they are cheap enough to buy and easy to replace. I know I would be pissed if they started leaking before the next timing belt was due.

Unless I'm replacing the original belt and the rig only has about 70K on it, I'll always replace the cam and crank seals. They are really cheap insurance against oil leaks and premature belt failure.

So, do you have to? Noone is making you.

Will you hate yourself for not replacing them in about a year when they start leaking over your new belt? You betcha!
