Time to lift need info

Just got my tax refund and have been planning a Old Man Emu lift...was wondering what this drop pan bracket is ? is it necessary? can i do the drop pan bracket myself? My 4runner has airbags in the coils an one was compromised when a lady hit me directly square in the rear tire..wound up bending a rim ,pulled the axel an bell cover an all internals were fine.but the 4runner has sagged an now id like to upgrade ..plan on doing this OME lift an also placing new airbags into the new OME coils, i haul alot of flyfishing and hunting gear around during the year.
so drop pan?
is it needed for this lil lift?
Please Pm or post i need answers.

Drop panhard bracket? Yes, required, that and/or adjustable panhard bar. When lifting a coiled truck the panhard "shortens" due to the geometry change and uncenters the rear axle. The drop bracket and/or adjustable panhard relocates the axle back too center where it belongs.

Not sure if aftermarket adjustable panhard bars are still available for these trucks or not though.

How in the hell are we supposed to know if you don't tell details on the vehicle?

That's probably a pretty good plan.
