Thermostat

Ok , so I installed a new radiator , hoses , belts , and thermostat . When I went to install the thermostat the bolts snapped off , rusty ! So there's no way to get them out ! Has anyone experienced this problem ? Am I going to have to buy a new manifold ? What can I do ?????

I saw an induction heater tool from Snap on tools, and another one from some no name place, check youtube. My other suggestion is to remove the manifold and take it to a machine shop for repair before you try to help solve the problem.
